The Baraka Organic ranch sits on the historic Taos Trail in Badito, Colorado, at the foot of Greenhorn Mountain. Just like the pioneers who exchanged trade and business on this historic pathway, Baraka Organic takes great pride in its business of pasture raised beef, wagyu, goat, and lamb.
We selected the shortgrass prairie specifically to settle and raise our stock because of its extensive grazing opportunities. Nestled at the foot of the Greenhorn in the Rocky Mountains, the Baraka Organic ranching operation is committed to delivering quality products to local restaurants, as well as buyers, private and commercial, across the United States.
The Baraka Organic brand means that you can expect 100% zabiha halal beef that is pasture raised, grass fed, and grain finished. Our staff takes great pride in how our stock is cared for and humanely processed. Our stock is never fed corn, GMOs, hormones, sulfate trace minerals, or unnecessary antibiotics.
All of our prime beef cuts are 28 day dry-aged, using Himalayan salt to ensure the meat boasts a deep flavor. This process produces a depth of flavor that is not achievable via any other technique. Himalayan pink salt bricks are used within the dry-aging room to infuse a more intense flavor.
Every detail counts at Baraka Organic. We are glad you checked us out, and look forward to providing you prime beef, Wagyu, and lamb.
